As a Client Service Specialist, Yadhira provides comprehensive support to clients and the advisory team, with a focus on providing seamless support and personalized experience. They manage client communication and account administration—including openings, transfers, and money movements—while coordinating with custodians, accountants, and other professionals to address client needs efficiently.

To promote accuracy and timeliness, Yadhira maintains thorough documentation and keeps internal systems current. They initiate and manage workflows for key client engagements such as onboardings, reviews, and discovery meetings to help ensure all materials and checklists are prepared and completed.

Yadhira prepares reports and supporting documents for client meetings and may attend in a technical, supportive, or observational role. She monitors account activity, research and resolve issues, and follow through to help address client needs.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, Yadhira contributes to internal operations by updating training guides, organizing client records, and supporting front-office functions such as greeting visitors, managing calls, and scheduling meetings. With a strong focus on organization, service excellence, and confidentiality, Yadhira plays a critical role in delivering a high standard of care and professionalism across the firm.
