As a Senior Client Service Specialist at Modera, Diana provides comprehensive client service and operational support. Her responsibilities include account servicing, billing oversight, cash management monitoring, distribution processing, meeting coordination, financial planning support, and maintaining accurate client records. She is committed to ensuring clients receive timely communication, quality service, and seamless support for their financial needs.
Diana began her career in financial services at age 23, starting as a receptionist before advancing to support financial advisors. After spending several years in real estate, she returned to the financial services industry in 2010. Since then, she has built a reputation for delivering outstanding client service and helping clients navigate important financial decisions with confidence.
Diana earned an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts with a minor in Foreign Language.
Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, taking road trips, traveling with friends, attending live concerts, and relaxing at the beach, especially on Fire Island. She also hopes to one day visit Ischia, Italy, her dream travel destination.
How do you feel you help to create impact for clients?
I’m astonished that our clients today are so thankful for a follow-up or a call-back. I guess in this day and age, it’s rare to have someone actually do what they say they are going to do.
What do you feel is a strength that you have?
My strength is my ability to focus on getting items checked off on my to-do list, and making sure there are no loopholes left open—whether it’s an important transaction or just a simple birthday call or a check-in.
What do you enjoy most about working at Modera?
I enjoy working with new people and having a team to bounce ideas off of.
When you retire you’re going to…?
I’d love to learn how to use sign language.
Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?
I grew up in East Meadow, NY; and now live in Bay Shore, NY.
What has been a particularly rewarding moment in your career?
A client once told me that if the advisor I was working with moved or retired, they would be ok as long as they could continue to work with me. That was an extremely rewarding experience.
How do you caffeinate?
I take my morning coffee way too seriously for most people. My household knows not to address any major decisions with me until I’ve had my coffee.
