Joseph Valerio

A Financial Advisor, Joseph helps clients align their finances with their long-term goals through comprehensive financial planning. He works closely with clients on tax strategies, cash flow planning, estate considerations, and overall wealth management.

Prior to joining Modera, Joseph held roles at Fidelity Investments, Vanguard, and Merriman Wealth Management, where he developed a strong foundation in investment management and client service across diverse client needs.

Joseph earned dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Financial Planning from the University of North Florida. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and an Enrolled Agent (EA).

In his current role, Joseph leads client relationships and guides individuals and families through a structured financial planning process. He focuses on helping clients clarify their values and make informed decisions about how to allocate their resources to help achieve what matters most to them.

As a resident of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Joseph enjoys running, hiking, and reading.
