As a client service specialist, Maria is dedicated to delivering accurate, efficient, and responsive support to both clients and advisors. She plays a key role in helping to ensure a seamless client experience through strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication.

Prior to joining the wealth management industry, Maria worked in an auto loan processing role in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, she analyzed applications, verified documentation, communicated with clients, and prepared detailed reporting, building a strong foundation in financial operations and client service.

In her current role, Maria supports advisors and clients by processing custodian account applications, executing trades, handling transfers and transactions, and maintaining accurate client records. She also coordinates meeting schedules, manages client requests, and helps ensure all processes are completed with precision and compliance.

Maria grew up in Bogotá, Colombia and currently lives in Boca Raton, Florida. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family, reading, and cooking. A coffee enthusiast, Maria especially enjoys Colombian coffee and values time to relax and connect with loved ones.
