How do you feel you help to create impact for clients?
I create impact by helping clients connect their financial decisions to the life they want to live. The numbers matter, but they are only part of the picture. I help clients think through what is changing, what matters most, and how their financial plan can support those priorities.

What do you feel is a strength that you have?
I would say one of my greatest strengths is my ability to connect with people and earn their trust. Clients need to feel heard before they can feel helped. I ask questions, listen carefully, and take the time to understand both the financial details and the personal goals behind them.

When you retire you’re going to…?
I have never been drawn to the idea of retirement. I would rather think of it as realigning my time around the people, places, and activities that matter most. That would likely mean more time with family, more travel, more running, skiing, biking and golf, and staying involved in ways that let me keep learning, contributing, and helping others.

What has been a particularly rewarding moment in your career?
A particularly rewarding moment has been watching clients reach milestones they once viewed as distant or uncertain. Whether it is retiring, selling a business, supporting family, or making a major life change, it is meaningful to see a plan become real. Knowing I played a part in helping them get there is one of the best parts of the work.
