As Director of Program Management, Anna acts as a facilitator and strategic partner for senior leadership. Her responsibilities include translating strategy into action, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing high-priority projects that support growth, operational excellence, and client experience.
Anna brings more than two decades of financial services experience spanning investor relations, sales/marketing, business development, and program management. Prior to assuming her current role, she held several positions at Modera, including Director of Growth Initiatives and Senior Marketing Manager, where she played a key role in supporting the firm’s continued evolution and expansion.
Before joining Modera in 2013, Anna worked in Investor Relations roles at Fischer & Company and Advent Capital Management. Earlier in her career, she worked at JPMorgan and then Morgan Stanley, helping corporations mitigate risk using interest rate and foreign exchange derivatives.
Anna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and completed the CFP Professional Education Program at the College for Financial Planning.
Anna grew up in Westwood, New Jersey and continues to call the area home. Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying connected to her local community.
Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?
Life truly comes full circle! I grew up in Westwood, New Jersey which is where our Modera NJ office is located. I live only a few minutes away. Our offices are across the street from a community center where I spent most of my youth involved with town activities.
What do you enjoy most about working at Modera?
Everyone truly cares about each other and our clients. It’s clear there is genuine passion for what we all do.
What has been a particularly rewarding moment in your career?
I realized a few years ago that Modera is where I could see myself continuing to grow and for the long term. I’ve held many jobs earlier on in my career, there was a lot of jumping around. When I got to Modera it felt good to find the right place… it feels like a reward. It seems like all the ups and downs brought me to the right place.
How do you caffeinate?
Black coffee or black tea first thing in the morning. I can’t drink coffee after 2 pm or I won’t be able to fall asleep until after midnight!
