Noemi Perez

Noemi Perez is a seasoned and strategic human resources leader with over 25 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development. As Director of HR Operations at Modera, Noemi plays a key role in shaping and executing the firm’s HR strategies, leading initiatives in talent management, HR compliance, employee engagement, and policy development across a growing, multi-state organization. In partnership with her HR colleagues, she supports firmwide efforts in onboarding, compliance, and performance practices, lending valuable insights rooted in her long-standing experience with Modera’s culture and growth.

Starting her career at Modera as an Administrative Assistant more than twenty years ago, Noemi has contributed to a variety of roles across the firm—including client service, office management, corporate management, and now human resources. She has grown alongside the organization, helping guide its expansion from a six-person team to more than 230 employees across multiple offices along the East Coast. Her deep institutional knowledge and hands-on approach have made her a trusted advisor to leadership and a steady resource for employees navigating all aspects of the employee experience.

Noemi is especially passionate about building scalable HR frameworks, streamlining operations, and providing guidance on complex employee matters. A nurturer at heart, she finds deep fulfillment in supporting others and takes great pride in watching employees grow and thrive.

When she’s not chasing after her energetic beagle, Peanut, Noemi enjoys cooking, running, and spending time with family. She finds joy in caring for others—whether through a home-cooked meal, a thoughtful gesture, or a heart-to-heart conversation. A fun fact: Noemi is an Abbott World Marathon Majors finisher, having completed all six world major marathons in 2019. She and her husband love planning their vacations around race destinations—combining her passion for travel with her love of long-distance running.
