As a Client Service Associate, Zachary plays a vital role in supporting both Client Service Specialists and Advisors through a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities. He assist with account openings, processing money movements, and coordinate with custodians, accountants, and other professionals to ensure smooth client service delivery.
Zachary is responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking task completion, and updating internal systems with client information. He also helps prepare materials for client and prospect meetings, organize and manage client documentation, and support daily office operations by greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.

When I’m not working, I’m usually out and about – whether it’s spending time with friends and family, going for a run or hitting the gym, exploring the city, checking out new restaurants, or watching and playing sports.
Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?
I grew up in Hinsdale, IL, and I currently live in New York City.
What’s a destination in the world that you aspire to visit?
I’ve been fortunate to visit Thailand and the Philippines, and I’d love to return to Southeast Asia to explore more – including Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Tokyo and Seoul are also high on my travel list!
