Shelly has a long history of helping complex businesses improve how they run. An expert at cross-functional coordination and change management, Modera’s Chief Operating Officer has a blend of great analytical, organizational and people-centered leadership skills.
Most recently she was Manager of Business Integrations at Coldstream, a 30-year-old financial services firm in Bellevue, WA. Previously, Shelly was Chief Operating Officer at Arnerich Massena, where she led firmwide operational strategy, execution, and organizational infrastructure for the financial advisory firm before it was acquired by Coldstream. Before that role, she spent 13 years as SVP of Operations at Ziff Brothers Investments in New York City, where she gained experience managing sophisticated processes, scaling teams, and supporting high-level business performance at the private family office.
Shelly brings a systems-oriented approach to operations with a focus on enabling advisors to do their best work by ensuring they have access to the information, tools and support they need to deliver exceptional service. She believes that strong operations are foundational to building meaningful client relationships.
