Neil is dedicated to helping families with loved ones who have disabilities use their resources to live fulfilling lives and build a better world. His passion for this work is deeply personal—he and his wife, Rebecca, are parents to twin sons with cerebral palsy, autism, intellectual disability, and developmental delays. This lived experience informs his approach and strengthens his commitment to guiding families through the complexities of special needs financial planning.
Neil is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) with more than two decades of experience in financial services helping retirees, business owners and senior executives. His background includes leadership roles as CFO of an engineering firm, COO of a wealth management firm, and founder of ABW Wealth Advisors, where he focused on serving special needs families. He holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.
Neil serves on two nonprofit boards and his city council. He regularly shares his knowledge through presentations for organizations that support the disability community. Neil also supports people at his church with financial counseling.
Neil and his wife have been married for more than 30 years and have three children. He lives in White City, Utah. Outside of work, he enjoys playing table tennis, gardening with his wife, and pursuing his passion for model railroading.
