As a Client Service Specialist, Molly delivers high-level support to clients and the advisory team, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. She manages client communication and oversees account administration—including openings, transfers, and money movements—while coordinating with custodians, accountants, and other professionals to address client needs efficiently.
To ensure accuracy and timeliness, Molly maintains thorough documentation and keeps internal systems current. She initiates and manage workflows for key client engagements such as onboardings, reviews, and discovery meetings, ensuring all materials and checklists are prepared and completed.
Molly prepares reports and supporting documents for client meetings and may attend in a technical, supportive, or observational role. She monitors account activity, research and resolves issues, and follows through to ensure client satisfaction.
