As a Client Service Specialist, Molly delivers high-level support to clients and the advisory team, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. She manages client communication and oversees account administration—including openings, transfers, and money movements—while coordinating with custodians, accountants, and other professionals to address client needs efficiently.
To ensure accuracy and timeliness, Molly maintains thorough documentation and keeps internal systems current. She initiates and manage workflows for key client engagements such as onboardings, reviews, and discovery meetings, ensuring all materials and checklists are prepared and completed.
Molly prepares reports and supporting documents for client meetings and may attend in a technical, supportive, or observational role. She monitors account activity, research and resolves issues, and follows through to ensure client satisfaction.
In addition to client-facing responsibilities, Molly contributes to internal operations by updating training guides, organizing client records, and supporting front-office functions such as greeting visitors, managing calls, and scheduling meetings. With a strong focus on organization, service excellence, and confidentiality, Molly plays a critical role in delivering a high standard of care and professionalism across the firm.

Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?
I grew up in Canton, GA with my family. Now I live in the Inman Park neighborhood in Atlanta.
What’s a destination in the world that you aspire to visit?
A place on my bucket list is to visit is Australia & New Zealand!
How do you caffeinate?
I am a very loyal Starbucks customer. The baristas that work in the one nearest to my home know me by name! My favorite drink is the Peppermint Mocha that is available during the holiday season.
