What has been a particularly rewarding moment in your career?
I have enjoyed my 13 years of service at RS Crum. I have valued the growth and change from a 40-client household firm to now 250+client households. We went through major technology upgrade—including building out the infrastructure that allowed us to serve that many clients. I also enjoy the constant and ever-changing landscape of this industry. But, most of all, I value the great honest, caring team of leaders that inspire clients and challenge the team members to grow and learn.
What’s a destination in the world that you aspire to visit?
I can never have enough visits to Italy and France, especially the countryside and coastal areas.
How do you caffeinate?
Intravenously–as much as possible.
