As a Client Service Specialist, Lesley delivers high-level support to clients and the advisory team, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. They manage client communication and oversee account administration—including openings, transfers, and money movements—while coordinating with custodians, accountants, and other professionals to address client needs efficiently.
To ensure accuracy and timeliness, Lesley maintains thorough documentation and keeps internal systems current. She initiates and manages workflows for key client engagements such as onboardings, reviews, and discovery meetings, ensuring all materials and checklists are prepared and completed.
Lesley prepares reports and supporting documents for client meetings and may attend in a technical, supportive, or observational role. She monitors account activity, researches and resolves issues, and follows through to ensure client satisfaction.
In addition to client-facing responsibilities, Lesley contributes to internal operations by updating training guides, organizing client records, and supporting front-office functions such as greeting visitors, managing calls, and scheduling meetings. With a strong focus on organization, service excellence, and confidentiality, Lesley plays a critical role in delivering a high standard of care and professionalism across the firm.
