She assists with account openings, processing money movements, and coordinate with custodians, accountants, and other professionals to ensure smooth client service delivery.
Lesley is responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking task completion, and updating internal systems with client information. She also helps prepare materials for client and prospect meetings, organize and manage client documentation, and support daily office operations by greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
