Since joining the firm in 2012, she has over 20 years of experience in both operational processes and client service in the financial services industry. She is equipped with the tools to build seamless solutions that support advisors and raise the standard of service delivery.
Her hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset make her a trusted resource across the firm. Whether she’s refining workflows or troubleshooting complex issues, Kathleen is driven by a singular goal: helping clients and colleagues thrive. She brings a teacher’s heart and a fixer’s instinct to every challenge, translating technical complexity into practical, human-centered solutions.
Before Modera, Kathleen worked at wealth management firms in Manhattan, where she honed her skills in client service and operations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a minor in mathematics from Western Connecticut State University.
Outside of Modera, Kathleen lives in Glen Rock, NJ, with her husband and two active boys. When they’re not on the soccer field, the family loves to travel and explore new places together. Kathleen is also involved in her local elementary school’s Home & School Association, reflecting her commitment to community and education.
