What do you value most in your client relationships?

As a colleague on the Modera finance team, my clients are other Modera colleagues. I value the mutual respect and willingness to support one another among Modera colleagues. In order to be effective at my job, I often rely on other employees throughout Modera for information and cooperation. The culture, cooperation and support here at Modera is the best I have ever experienced. Fellow colleagues really inspire me to provide great support.

 What do you feel is a strength that you have?

I feel like I am intellectually curious and have a strong work ethic. It has been my experience that the most successful and best people to work with and have on your team aren’t always the smartest or most knowledgeable, rather they are the ones who want to learn and are willing to work as hard as it takes to get the job done well.

What do you enjoy most about working at Modera?

The people. I have worked at a lot of companies for a lot of years, and this is the best culture of people wanting to help fellow colleagues and customers that I have ever experienced. Modera also has a very bright future with lots of opportunities for colleagues.

 Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?

I grew up in Burlington, Vermont and live in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Both places have great people and a lot of opportunities to do the things I like to do. I consider myself very fortunate to have lived in these places and around the people in these places.
