Hanging out with my family, attending a hot yoga class, spending time outdoors, or volunteering at various organizations.

Volunteering with animal rescue groups or food banks.

Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?

I grew up on Long Island, NY, and have landed back in NY after living in NC for 12 years. I’m currently reside in Wading River, NY – on the north shore of Long Island.

How do you caffeinate?

Strong black coffee, nothing in it.
