When you’re not working you’re…?
I love spending time in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes and entertaining friends and family over good food.
What’s the best career advice you ever got?
“It’s not a sprint; it’s a marathon” has stayed with me most. It reminds me to be patient, stay focused on continuous improvement, and remember that lasting success is built through consistency and perseverance.
Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?
I was born and raised in Japan and have called New Jersey home for the past 30 years,
where I’ve lived with my family.
What’s a destination in the world that you aspire to visit?
My dream is to travel the world while I can, experiencing different cultures, cuisines, and places.
If I’m working hard and have my health, chances are you’ll find me wherever the food,
wine, and weather are especially good.
