As a Client Service Specialist, Sam delivers high-level support to clients and the advisory team, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. He manages client communication and oversee account administration—including openings, transfers, and money movements—while coordinating with custodians, accountants, and other professionals to address client needs efficiently.
To ensure accuracy and timeliness, Sam maintains thorough documentation and keeps internal systems current. He initiates and manages workflows for key client engagements such as onboardings, reviews, and discovery meetings, ensuring all materials and checklists are prepared and completed.
Sam prepares reports and supporting documents for client meetings and may attend in a technical, supportive, or observational role. He monitors account activity, research and resolve issues, and follow through to ensure client satisfaction.
In addition to client-facing responsibilities, Sam contributes to internal operations by updating training guides, organizing client records, and supporting front-office functions such as greeting visitors, managing calls, and scheduling meetings. With a strong focus on organization, service excellence, and confidentiality, Sam plays a critical role in delivering a high standard of care and professionalism across the firm.
