When you’re not working you’re…?

Spending time with my husband and two young boys somewhere outside. If we are not at one of their extra-curricular sports games, we are enjoying the town with friends and family. When it’s a perfect and beautiful day in SC, we would always take our corgi, Murphy, with us to get the love and attention he always deserves.

How do you do good in your community?

Supporting my local restaurants and stores is how I support my community. They usually offer unique products and services that may not be available at a chain store.  My family and I try to maintain this experience when traveling outside of our town to get to know the lifestyle of that community.

Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?

I grew up and recently returned to Lexington, South Carolina. I enjoy my impromptu day trips to either the Appalachian Mountains or the Lowcountry on I-26. I hope to branch out and move to the coastal waters in Charleston, SC, very soon.

What’s a destination in the world that you aspire to visit?

My husband and I love a city with a great historical background and amazing foods. Our dream vacation for our 20^th wedding anniversary would be to Prague, capital of Czech Republic. This trip would be our first overseas and our chance to visit this beautiful city full of heart and culture.
