What do you value most in your client relationships?

I value when clients choose to place their trust in us. They rely on us to listen to their life updates, answer their questions and help guide them toward realizing their goals. Receiving client feedback especially when we have exceeded their expectations is the most rewarding part of this job.

What fuels you every day in your work?

I love to learn. I feel like there is something new to learn every day in the financial industry. Every day is different. Every client’s experience is unique. I try to focus on doing the best for our clients in all situations.

When you retire you’re going to…?

Spend more time with my family and take long walks on the beach.

Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?

I grew up in New Jersey. I lived there for over 25 years. I moved to Charlotte in 1996 and live in the Matthews area.
