As a Client Service Team Lead, Kalei provides client service support while overseeing the daily activities of a designated group of client service team members. Responsibilities include supporting advisors and clients, administering service processes and workflows, processing account-related requests, coordinating with custodians, accountants, and other professionals, and assisting with the preparation of client meeting materials.
In a leadership capacity, she oversees team workflows, participates in special projects, assists with onboarding and training team members, maintains training materials, and supports compliance-related testing activities. Kalei may attend client meetings in a technical or support capacity and monitors assigned client service functions for adherence to firm procedures.

Spending time with friends and family, especially my nephews! When I am not with family or submerged in a DIY house project, I enjoy reading, concerts, and days on Folly Beach!
