I am a runner and run destination races with my son. I’m a Life Coach, I teach yoga, and I volunteer.

How do you do good in your community?

I walk dogs for neighbors who can’t get out and to keep our neighborhood tidy, I pick up any trash lying around so it doesn’t make its way into the lake.

Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?

I grew up outside Philadelphia. I now reside in Lake Norman, NC.What’s a destination in the world that you aspire to visit? There are many places on my list, but Portugal tops the list.
