What do you enjoy most about working at Modera?

I thoroughly enjoy working for a company with coworkers who are honest, friendly and enjoy coming to the office each day. I also appreciate the autonomy to put my experience to use and learn new ways to improve my skill set.

What has been a particularly rewarding moment in your career?

Years ago, I played a key role in helping my company pivot its strategy regarding business continuity. By analyzing potential risks and developing a robust plan, we were well-prepared when the pandemic struck. This proactive approach allowed our associates to continue their work without interruption, ensuring that operations ran smoothly during a challenging time. It was incredibly rewarding to see how our preparations paid off and contributed to the resilience of the business and the well-being and health of our team.

Another highlight of my career are several professional accomplishments, such as becoming a Microsoft Certified Professional, Associate Business Community Professional, CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Support Professional, JAMF 100 Certified.

I’m spending time with my amazing “better-half”, my two teens and pampering my spoiled Morkie.

What’s the best career advice you ever got?

I was told to be 100% honest with the technology I claim to know on my resume, as it’ll all fair game and up for discussion during an interview.

Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?
I was born and raised in The Bronx. After moving around as a young adult, I relocated to northern New Jersey and have stayed in the same general area since 1999.
