What do you enjoy most about working at Modera?
The people! Everyone here has been so welcoming and friendly. From the top down you can feel a “one team” mindset that is part of every interaction you have with staff.
What has been a particularly rewarding moment in your career?
In a previous role I was part of an office move that relocated our only office. We did the entire move in one day. It felt so rewarding coming in the next day to see all staff working normally on their new setups. Almost as if the move never happened! IT is at its best when staff don’t notice the work we’re doing and can focus on their usual work.
When you’re not working you’re…?
Freshwater kayak fishing, driving around, listening to music, and relaxing at home on my computer.
What’s the best career advice you ever got?
“Never stop learning”, and “you can always learn something from anyone”. Be open minded whenever you can!
