What do you feel is a strength that you have?

A strength I’m proud of is my ability to stay organized and focused, even under pressure. I naturally enjoy planning, setting priorities, and breaking complex tasks into manageable steps. This helps me meet deadlines consistently and keep projects on track, even when things get busy or unexpected issues arise. I’ve found that this strength not only boosts my own productivity, but also helps others around me feel more confident in the work we’re doing together.

When you retire you’re going to…?

When I retire, I hope to spend more time exploring the world, especially Europe. Traveling has always been a dream of mine, and retirement feels like the perfect opportunity to finally make it happen. One of the countries I most look forward to visiting when I retire is Italy. With its rich history, world-renowned cuisine, and breathtaking landscapes, Italy offers a perfect blend of culture and relaxation.

Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?

I grew up in Harrington Park, NJ and now live in Emerson, NJ with my wife and our children.
