Modera Wealth Ranks as a Best Place to Work in Money Management

For the 9th year in a row, P&I magazine has awarded Modera the distinction of being one of the Best Places to Work in Money Management for 2024. We are very grateful to be recognized by our colleagues, whose opinions we hold in the highest regard. We would not be where we are today without each and every employee.

Chief People Officer, Laurie Vitali has this to say about the award, “Our employees work tirelessly for our clients, and as a company, we are committed to working just as hard for our employees so that we provide an exceptional work environment that fully supports them. Another year of growth and expansion has demanded both adaptability and perseverance from our employees. Through it all, our Modera team members have stayed true to our core values and objectives and have kept their focus on what matters most – our clients, our communities and one another. Modera’s success is driven by the dedication of our team, and we are both proud and thrilled that our colleagues have chosen to acknowledge our dedication to our employees. In 2025 and beyond, we promise to continue our focus on improving our employee experience and maintaining our position as a leader in the industry when it comes to people. Our team deserves nothing less.”

Pensions & Investments partnered with Workforce Research Group, a research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to conduct a two-part survey process of employers and their employees.

The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies.
