Misty serves as Client Service Manager and CRM System Administrator, leading a dedicated team within the client service department to ensure exceptional support and operational efficiency. She oversees and coordinates daily responsibilities for a subset of the team, including team leads, while providing ongoing coaching and one-on-one mentorship to foster professional growth and development.
In addition to supervisory responsibilities, Misty supports direct client service for a select group of clients and ensures thorough training for new team members. The role involves maintaining department policies and standardized procedures, assisting with software implementation, and supporting CRM transitions during mergers and acquisitions. With strong leadership and a focus on consistency, Misty helps reinforce Modera’s commitment to a seamless and client-centered service experience.
What do you enjoy most about working at Modera?
I enjoy working with a group of like-minded people whose main goal is to provide the best services we can for our clients. We are all open-minded, driven, and have a good sense of humor. What’s not to like?
What has been a particularly rewarding moment in your career?
Being promoted to client service manager after 15 years in the field.
When you’re not working you’re…?Â
I have two young boys who play baseball and other sports. So, when I’m not driving them to and from practices/games, I’m doing laundry! If all of that is handled, then I like to spend time with my friends or read.

Stay true to yourself and don’t be afraid to speak up when you have an idea.
