As a Senior Client Service Specialist, Carol supports clients and advisors through a broad range of service and operational responsibilities. Duties include processing account openings and transfers, handling money movements, preparing client documentation, coordinating with custodians, accountants, and other professionals, and maintaining client records and internal systems.
She manages workflows associated with client onboardings, review meetings, and estate-related processes, prepares reports and supporting documentation, and may attend client meetings in a technical or support capacity. Additional responsibilities include participating in special projects, supporting compliance-related testing activities, maintaining training materials, and assisting with the onboarding and training of team members.

Keeping busy and having fun. Some of my favorite activities are hiking, gardening, skiing, reading, and cooking.
How do you do good in your community?
I am involved with Community Meals, Inc. – “a meals on wheels” non-profit organization based in Glen Rock, which services 6 local communities.
Currently, I am serving on the Board as Treasurer and have delivered meals to our clients for many years.
Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?
I grew up in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, raised on apple cider donuts from Tice’s and fresh eggs from Jensen’s Farm. I now reside in Ridgewood, NJ where I have lived for the past 25 years.
