Starting Them Early

In 2016, Modera (New Jersey and Massachusetts) invited local high school students to apply for its week-long “Business Scholar Early Immersion Program.” The program provided recipients with both a broad overview of the business as well as a closer look at the functional roles and career paths of individuals working at Modera.
